The room at this place is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean; the location is outstanding, close to Zocalo and La Diana monument.

The modern superior queen room was clean and tidy, and the location was great, just a 5-minute walk from a well-known monument.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, amazing food, particularly good views. All of the staff were lovely. We had an a double room with exceptionally comfortable bed and climate control, a laptop-compatible safe and flat-screen television.
Even though everything was good, some of the staff were very unfriendly.

I had a fantastic stay in this centrally located hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and assistance. The room was comfortable with a great view of the city, and the bathroom was clean with a hot shower. The hotel was within walking distance of Chapultepec and other tourist sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the restaurant served delicious and affordable food. a great experience!
The business center was not suitable for quiet work or calls.

The hotel is very modern, practical and stylishly decorated. In general, the stay is very comfortable.
The room service was the worst I've ever known. The first night I ordered a very basic dish (club sandwich) and when it had been more than an hour and a half since I ordered it I called again. They told me that the waiter had been stuck in the elevator and that in a few minutes he was arriving, it took a little longer than they told me but the food arrived in good condition. On the second day I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a more elaborate dish but I didn't wait for such a long delay, I called something before the hour and a half. The answer this time was that the waiter had arrived, knocked on my door and left. If that was the case, he would have had to insist more, or he would have called me on the phone at the very moment he couldn't get them to open, right? After my call the food took another 15-20 minutes to arrive and I don't know if by chance or to give credibility to the story, the beers were warm.

The location of the hotel, the very safe and full of options for eating and close to Paseo de la Reforma. Close to means of transport, comfortable facilities despite the fact that they were making repairs in some areas of the hotel. The hotel's bellboys are very friendly
I arrived before the check in time (11:00 am approximately) and despite having rooms available I did not assign the room and to do so they wanted to charge a fee practically equivalent to one more night. In other hotels in Mexico City, if they have rooms available, they assign them to you free of charge. The little flexibility of the receptionist, since I returned at 14:45 pm to see if they could assign the room and without being impatient she commented that the check in was until 15:00 pm and I had to wait another 15 minutes in the lobby, the receptionist also did not have the attention to call me when the time of the check in indicated and if I do not approach at 15:05 pm again to the reception they would have had me waiting. Unfortunately, because I have used this hotel several times and it had not happened to me before

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mexico City for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Historic City Centre, Chapultepec Castle, and Condesa/Roma Norte. The staff were amazing, especially two male members who were always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with two beds and a great view from the 9th floor. The neighborhood felt safe and it served as a great base for exploring the city's historical sites, parks, and museums.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location close to coffee shops and museums, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the warm and quiet room and loved the comfortable beds.
The WIFI signal was weak, making it difficult to plan our day or check flight details from our room. We also had a problem with the taxi service provided by the hotel.
